As part of my ongoing study I am completing my qualifications to be an accredited Therapeutic Coach and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Part of this training involves me seeing practice clients for 6 sessions.
What is Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic Coaching (TC) is a clinically proven framework, which brings together the best of the psychotherapeutic approach with a solution-based coaching methodology. TC is a holistic method, that looks at the connection between your thinking (mind), your feelings (emotions) and your sensations (body) and how they shape the way you behave in the world. TC is person centred and has broad applications in transforming unhelpful cognitive and emotional issues as well as overcoming limiting belief patterns that are present in your life.
What kind of issues can I bring to the session?

- Limiting self beliefs,
- Stress,
- Self-development,
- Confidence and self-esteem,
- Mild anxiety,
- Minor phobias or fears,
- Issues around health conditions,
- Unhelpful habits/thinking patterns.
Please note: TC is not therapy, so I can not work with you on diagnosed mental health conditions.
What can I expect?
In our sessions I will work with you to recognise and realise the potential for change and empowerment that lies inside you. We will map what’s happening for you in order to understand the reasons why these patterns occur and to lock in the resources that you can use to move towards your desired vision or state of change.
