About Thomas

Learning recently that I’m autistic and ADHD, and being the child of migrants, I have struggled with feelings of belonging for much of my life. I have been working with the tools I now use in my practice to help me navigate and grow amidst the confusion, overwhelm, relief and grief that can come with late identification or diagnosis. This lived experience informs my practice and my work with clients.

I’m also a lifelong creative, having written and performed music for over 30 years. Maintaining a connection to my creativity has involved navigating many crises of identity and purpose. I came to Therapeutic Coaching in the midst of such a crisis and found its approach a revelation.

Because Therapeutic Coaching is a whole-person and client-centred approach, it helped me reach blocks and uncover resources that other approaches didn’t seem to emphasise. It brought me into my body and helped me realise that I could explore what challenged me from a place of greater safety, curiosity and inner support.
